Cigar Review The Hoyo de Monterrey Hermoso #4 Añejados are one of the Aged Habanos Series. This Corona Extra cigar is a new special released size. Handmade and then aged for 5 to 8 years. It was released late 2015 and comes with a Standard band E, together with an Aged Haganos (Añejados) band. The Hermoso No. 4 Añejado is a milder cigar, easy smoking, but very complex. They are a bit more full bodied than an average Hoyo de Monterrey cigar.

Hoyo de Monterrey was established by Jose Gener in 1865, the name roughly means "valley of Monterrey," a particularly fertile site in the Vuelta Abajo, which had been farmed by Gener since at least 1860. This Cuban cigar brand offers a lighter flavour and a wide range of sizes, the largest of which are much celebrated.
